Klara Gustave is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds a Master’s in General and Special Education from Birth to Grade 2 and Grades 1-6 that she acquired from Mercy College. She has almost a decade of experience working as Special Education teacher in the classroom, as well as a home-based therapist for Early Intervention and private insurance cases. Klara has strong background in creating and implementing behavior plans. Working with various assessments and evaluations tool to create individualized goals for the individuals she has worked with as well as different professionals in the field has gained a lot of wealth of knowledge and experience. Klara uses her passion about ABA to make meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals, which includes and not limited too bathroom training, functional communication training, increase skills in Adaptive Daily Living Skills, and decreasing maladaptive behaviors by teaching functionally based replacement behaviors.
