Djinefa Anthony is a Special educator and Licensed Behavioral Analyst- LP. She holds a Masters in General and Special Education for Grade 5-9. And Birth to Grade 2 that she acquired from Touro College. She has over a decade of experience working as a Special Education teacher in the classroom, as well as home and center based services with learners from birth to 18 years old. With a spectrum of skills, needs, including Autism, ADD/ADHD, and intellectual abilities. Ms. Anthony brings her wealth of knowledge to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her experience Ms. Anthony specializes in parent coaching, evaluations and parent training in the home care setting. She also has experience in differentiated instruction and lesson planning for IEP students in an Integrated collaborative teaching environment. Collaborates with home and school- based staff to develop IEP’s using SESIS information systems. Collect data for student work portfolios to monitor progress. Plan and instruct each subject area using a wide variety of teaching aids, motivational and implementation strategies to engage students in active learning. Incorporate learning modality principles into classroom and individual instruction. Develop and conduct inter-grade activities. Implement technological approaches to subject material such as smart board technology. Ms. Anthony is enthusiastic to work with MPG to help clients and their families.
