One office is 10’x10′ and the other is 8’x8′, each with an attached 4’x4′ back up room and small observation room. There are 1-way mirrors into both the back up and observation rooms. The smaller office has 2 windows facing 97th Street. The larger office has no windows. The offices are located in a new 3-office suite with a shared waiting area and private bathroom, on the ground floor, in a 24hr luxury doorman building at 1160 5th Ave / corner of 97th St. Rent includes access to table, chairs, play toys, 2-way headset system, microphone/speaker, storage space, Wifi, printing/copying/scanning, and twice-weekly office cleaning. In addition to PCIT, the offices would be ideal for testing, play therapy, and live-coaching/teaching purposes. Rent is $1500/month for the smaller office and $2,000/month for the larger office. Part-time rentals are also available with pricing based on the number of days requested.
